Senior Researcher at Fondazione ADAPT. She holds a PhD in Human Capital Formation and Labour Market Relations from the University of Bergamo. She has nearly ten years of experience in the design, management and implementation of national and EU co-funded projects in the fields of employment, skills development and industrial relations. Her research focuses on the governance of the twin transitions – digital and green – with particular attention to the role of industrial relations and social dialogue in managing organisational change, supporting workforce adaptation and promoting inclusive, fair and sustainable transformation processes. She also specialises in labour market analysis and skills intelligence, with a focus on skills anticipation, skills mismatches, vocational education and training (VET), and the alignment between labour demand and supply in the context of technological change. Within Fondazione ADAPT, she coordinates international relations activities and is involved in applied research, consultancy and training initiatives addressed to public institutions, social partners and employers’ organisations at both national and European level.
