Ricercatore Junior facente parte, da novembre 2025, del progetto Fabbrica dei Talenti promosso dalla Fondazione ADAPT. Ha conseguito la Laurea triennale in Consulenza del Lavoro e Gestione delle Risorse Umane presso l’Università degli Studi di Torino, per poi, trasferirsi a Roma e proseguire gli studi presso l’Università La Sapienza. Qui, il 3 novembre 2025, ha conseguito con lode la Laurea Magistrale in Gestione delle Risorse Umane, Scienze del Lavoro e Innovazione, discutendo una tesi in Politiche della Retribuzione e Welfare dal titolo: “La retribuzione variabile e l’evoluzione del welfare aziendale: profili giuridici, fiscali e tendenze attuali”.

Junior researcher participating, since November 2025, in the Fabbrica dei Talenti (Talent Factory) project promoted by the ADAPT Foundation. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Employment Consultancy and Human Resource Management from the University of Turin, then moved to Rome to continue his studies at La Sapienza University. Here, on 3 November 2025, he graduated with honours with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Labour Sciences and Innovation, discussing a thesis on Remuneration and Welfare Policies entitled: “Variable remuneration and the evolution of corporate welfare: legal and tax profiles and current trends”.
