In ADAPT da dicembre 2023 in qualità di addetta ad attività tecnico-amministrative e segretariali, si occupa di supportare l’Area di Amministrazione e all’Area Internazionale e Bandi nelle attività di fundraising e nella rendicontazione di progetti nazionali ed europei, in particolare, per azioni relative alla linea di finanziamento della Commissione Europea SOCPL – Social Prerogative and Specific Competencies Lines.

Ha conseguito una laurea magistrale a luglio 2021 in Relazioni Internazionali presso l’Università degli Studi di Milano, con una tesi sulle missioni civili dell’OSCE, e un master executive nell’agosto 2024 in Europrogettazione del Centro di Formazione in Europrogettazione della Venice International University. Attualmente è dottoranda in Apprendimento e innovazione nei contesti sociali e di lavoro (40° ciclo, Dottorato industriale in ADAPT Servizi) da novembre 2024 con l’Università di Siena. Si occupa di attività di ricerca sugli enti privati di ricerca non profit nel settore delle scienze sociali, rispetto alle attuali trasformazioni del mercato della ricerca, all’utilizzo e alla sollecitazione di finanziamenti esterni (grants, tenders, donazioni) per la progettazione.

In ADAPT since December 2023 as assistant in technical-administrative and secretarial activities, she offers support to the Administration Area and the International and Projects Area in fundraising activities and in the financial reporting of national and European projects, in particular, for actions under the financing programme of the European Commission SOCPL – Social Prerogative and Specific Competencies Lines.

She has obtained a Master’s degree in July 2021 in International Relations from the University of Milan, with a thesis on OSCE’s civilian missions, and a master executive in August 2024 in European project management by the Europroject Training Center of the Venice International University. Currently she is a PhD Candidate in Learning and Innovation in Social Contexts and Workplaces (40th cycle, industrial PhD in ADAPT Servizi) since November 2024 with the University of Siena. She conducts research activities on private non profit research organizations in the sector of social sciences, with reference to the ongoing transformations of the research market, to the use and solicitation of external fundings (grants, tenders, donations) for project management.
