She works in Cisl Nazionale - Confederazione Italiana Sindacati Lavoratori - Migration, Women, Young Policies Department

She was employed at the Alai (Non - Standard Workers Association - Cisl) dealing with collective bargaining for non standard workers and training activities for Temporary Agency Workers (bilateral activities between workers and employers).

Elected member of Governing Body of INPS - National Social Security Institute - Special Sector (from 2000 to 2004).

Currently she is dealing with analysis, disseminations and promotion of gender policies as well of social ad working integration for migrants and young people.

She participates in several institutional working groups (Cnel - Labour and Economic Council, Isfol Research Institute)
