Cristina Lincaru

She is a mechanical engineer, specialized in Fine mechanics, optical and biomedical apparatus (Polytechnic University Bucharest, 1992) and also Doctor in Management since 9th December 2005 with the thesis: “Labour market in Romania (The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies). Organizing, working and directions to ameliorate its performances”, under the coordination of Prof. Univ. Dr. Gheorghe Raboaca. She has been working as a scientific researcher at INCSMPS Romania since 1996. Her scientific career on the long term is aimed at achieving high expertise in the field of quality in employment in the knowledge based society context in transition countries.

She is Member in the Editorial Board E-Journal of International and Comparative LABOUR STUDIES, ADAPT International School of Higher Education in Labour and Industrial Relations, Member in the The Board of the HELLENIC ASSOCIATION OF REGIONAL SCIENTISTS H.A.R.S. 2011-2012. National validator for Romania” in the METRIS I and II Project: Monitoring European Trends in Social Sciences and Humanities funded by: European Commission, DG Research, EC. Member of RSA Regional Studies Association (2010), member in RRSA Regional Studies Association (2011), member in European Association of Labour Economics (2011) and Member in the Romanian Society of Statistics RSS.
